What is your intention for today?
How often do we truly set goals? We all have dreams, 1 year, 5 years, a lifetime, but how different would your day be if by the end of it you felt a sense of achievement? For some a simple intention of cleaning a plate, the one single plate that sits dirty in your sink. You know the one. Wash it. Set a goal that causes discomfort at the thought, but is completely attainable, no matter how busy you feel you are, no matter how sad, how tired or how driven you are, make it so by the end of every single day, you look at that reflection within the tiny droplets of water remaining in your now empty, clean sink and have a sense of pride, success and accomplishment for that one dish, is but a simple representation of a single worry you were holding on to, now washed clean for the day.
