Then it got me thinking: most people workout with a goal in mind. Itโ€™s mostly weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Its rare to hear people say they want to move for the other mental and physical benefits, their heart health, mood, energy, etc. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ Each layover I would do 20-30min of movement right when I got off the plane and right before (and yes I showered and changed my cloths ๐Ÿ˜‰). Day 14 RKF advent is a basic conditioning session. Pick your favourite cardio activity and perform it for 30 to 45 minutes at a moderate intensity or moderate/high intensity. Try and increase your time from your last conditioning session. Itโ€™s good to gradually increase your time each cardio session until you get to 60 minutes. 5 to 10 minutes is usually sufficient and safe. Iโ€™m sticking to the trails again.
