Found a new BLIND SPOT in my body. Thoracic rotation!!!!! 🤔 Yesterday I watched   @jenni  _rawlings do the first twist (supine position) and she actually touched her palms 😳 I though it would be EASY 😆. Was I ever wrong. So in today’s practice I focused on how to create more thoracic rotation. Adding it to exalted V2 and side angle felt incredible! Usually just a lateral flexion transition.....I tried to do it with exclusive thoracic rotation and found freedom within my spine and space within my intercostals making all kinds of new space for breath. HAPPY THURSDAY!!!! I’ve never been so excited to say that it is Thursday. This week feels like it has dragged on, but tomorrow is FINALLY Friday!! Aka thanksgiving break!! It is safe to say that I am extremely exhausted. I was so tired last night that I decided to wake up at 5:30 AM this morning to finish my homework before my 8am...and yes I went to class looking exactly like this. Hood up and everything. Struggle city out here, but when I came back Julia had the shades open and the room was so bright full of natural light which I absolutely love. Initially I came in, went into my room and closed the door deciding I was going to go back to sleep. Then I opened my door and decided to stretch a bit because I am crazy sore from my workout on Monday still 😂 also yes, yes I did pretend to sleep on top of our cabinet. IM TIRED OK😂 • I can’t wait to go home so I can rest and get a lot of work done, see my family and friends who I miss SOOO much, and most importantly HOME. COOKED. MEALS. 😍😍😍 In many ways I think this long-ish break will also help with my healing a lot so that’s always a plus. • The song that is playing is called “Sound of Greatness” by Fullstack.
