Even if not then we'll do 1 soon for the Gram.... . So Here it Goes .... Load the Barbell of choice with 10 Lbs Plate on either Sides ... . Both the Partner Stands Opp Each Other.. . Now Let's Go ... If A and B are 2 Partners ... . "A" Starts with 5 Reps and Hands over the Barbell to "B" and B does 5 reps .... ( this is end of Set 1 ) . If this Sounds Easy Peasy then Hold your thought... . After B completes 5 Reps he Again hands over the Bar to A and now A does 6 reps .... ( this is start of 2nd Set ) . So if you've understood the Sequence here's how the Rep range Looks Like 1️⃣1st Set 5 Reps each by both .. . 2️⃣2nd Set 6 Reps each by both . 3️⃣3rd Set 7 Reps each by both .. 1️⃣1️⃣11th Set will be of 15 Teps Each ( Note the Only time you get to Rest is when your partner is doing his Set... No Other Rest ... ) . Oooh Bdw we're not Done Yet ... 1️⃣2️⃣12th Set is 14 Reps each by Both . 1️⃣3️⃣13th Set is 13 Reps each by Both . ALS ‘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis’ also called Lou Gehrig’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that will affect nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It literally translates into ‘no muscle nourishment.’ So, when a muscle has no nourishment, it will waste away. As the part of the muscle’s degenerate, scarring happens, which means eventually a hardening around this area. Motor neurons (in-charge of the voluntary muscles in your arms, legs, and face) reach the spinal cord from the brain and through the spinal cord to the muscles. In ALS, the ability to initiate and control muscles movement is lost; you could eventually lose the ability to speak, eat, move and even breathe. First signs: Difficulty swallowing, walking, hand weakness, slurring in speech, twitching in muscles. Le friselle pugliesi 🥖🍅🌱 sono croccanti ciambelle di farina di grano duro ottenute grazie ad una doppia cottura in forno. La particolarità è che vengono “sponzate” cioè inzuppate nell’acqua in modo da renderle morbide e friabili. Ingredienti: -friselle -pomodorini -aglio tritato -basilico -olio evo Procedimento: 🥣 “Sponzare” le friselle per 2/3 secondi in acqua tiepida salata (alcuni usano direttamente l’acqua del mare, essendo una pietanza prettamente estiva e che si consuma in riva al mare) e condirle con il pomodorino tagliato a pezzetti, olio, aglio e basilico. Si possono condire in mille modi in base ai vostri gusti, con tonno, olive, capperi e cipolle e tanto altro.
