Let’s talk about the seasons changing.. 🍂
We’ve had storm after storm here and it’s just hit December... to say the least my mental health has taken a huge hit. Plus the stress of exam season, I just wanna curl up into a ball and not leave my house. Yes I’ve been working on coping with these feelings other than full avoidance, here’s how I deal with the these feelings;
❄️ Be easy on yourself; if you need a day of rest, take it. But make sure you’re still productive, working/studying from home etc.
❄️ Take time out of your day for self pamper; bubble bath, a sweet treat, anything that comforts or makes you happy :)
❄️ Talk to someone you trust. Sometimes it feels so good it just let it all out. If you don’t have a person, I love writing in journals. I find this as effective.
