Calorie Tracking As the title says Calorie Tracking is needed in some aspect to help with your fitness journey you dont have to be mad with it and weigh your food or measure how much this and that was in something but you do need to track how many calories you are taking in. Why? It goes back to the good old trick of fitness🤦‍♂️ CFD (Calorie Fu**ing Deficit) if you put in less than your using youll lose weight MAGIC!!! Stop getting drawn in by mad diets and just go back to basics i promise you it will work. So i knkw what your thinking how do i know my calories? The easiest way is to use a calculator, now ive tried a few but the best one by far is on jamessmithacademy.com all you need is your height,weight, age and activity level and it will do the rest for you, alternatively message me and i will help you i dont mind its what i do for a living.👌🏻💪 I have told people in the past once you know your calories for the day work it out for a week and try to stick to a weekly goal as a daily one can be hard to stick with. 28 weeks of growing you 👶 & 🍑you!😂 Holidays are officially over tomorrow and I am ready to get back into routine.✅ Holidays have been amazing with my family❤️ but there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed.✨ Baby update- the last week or so I have noticed my stomach is getting fuller quicker so I’ve started reducing my meals as I feel sick if I eat too much. •Baby is SOOO active which I don’t remember as much with baby number 1 as I was 20kg heavier😀 •I’m currently living in my   @cottonon   Maternity tights as nothing else is comfortable for my growing belly and butt! •Had my glucose test a few days ago 🥴 which I’m waiting on my results for (didn’t have gestational diabetes with number 1). Currently have gone from wanting to eat all the savoury things to gettingvthat 3 pm sweet tooth, so I’ve basically been making sure I have fresh fruit in the fridge and have warned hubby to not say yes to any desserts or snacks so I don’t cave HAHA 😂 Other than that all is well! Baby’s room is coming along nicely and just have a few items to buy before starting to prepare our hospital bags 💼 🙊time is flying second time around!!
