Find Bliss at the end of your week in this relaxing and healing class. In this 2-hour class, you will be guided through a gentle Yin series while receiving a soothing massage from a certified massage therapist that will encourage your body to relax.
There will be candles, relaxing music & aromatherapy to create a blissful experience during this mediative healing practice. This is a class for all levels of yoga experience.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where the postures are held for longer periods of time (4+ minutes) to create positive stress on the connective tissues in the body. The aim is to improve circulation & joint health.
This slow approach is inherently meditative and encourages quiet self-reflection, self-compassion, and relaxation. After a stressful week, this will help you feel so relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready for the weekend.
