Like all of yoga balance is at play here, as you must acquire equal amounts of focus and relaxation. If you keep your awareness centred on your breath you may start to notice areas of your body that are holding tension. Can you use this moment in shavasana to let these areas relax? It is only when time in this pose is respected that the soothing, calming effects of your yoga practice will arise and set you on the right path for the rest of your day.
