Stretching - for muscle strength and elasticity and mobility - this I have learnt the hard way thru injuries and yet I can say that it’s better late than never but to start stretching for maximum muscle health and strength.
This is where “ yoga “ covers it. But the principal is the same - long holds on the stretch - breathing strong and full - full stretch - I personally suggest assisted stretches for those that cannot go all the way - repeat before every exercise activity or sport
