You’ll want to develop a lot of flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and ankle and strength in the quads, glutes, and abs. - A good place to start is with flexibility and stability. Cada um refletirá o papel dominante da fase e elemento presente. . . Mostremos um pouco: . . Ayurveda . - Azedo (Terra + Fogo) - Amargo (Ar + Éter) - Doce (Terra + Água) - Pungente (Fogo + Ar) - Adstringente (Ar + Terra) - Salgado (Fogo + Água) . MTC . - Azedo (Madeira) - Amargo (Fogo) - Doce (Terra) - Picante (Metal) - Salgado (Água) . . Ayurveda possui um sabor a mais como categoria, o Adstringente. Na MTC, esse sabor está dentro do Azedo. . . Ambas as tradições tratam conforme a constituição da pessoa. Na Ayurveda isso é mais explorado no conceito fundamental de Dosha ("falta", similar a biotipo - Kapha, Pitta e Vata), enquanto na MTC o tratamento conforme o elemento/fase principal do paciente é menos observado. . .
